I am a custodial single dad of two little ones, 6 and 8, and a graduate student. At the present time I am actively pursuing my MA in Anthropology and pursuing an M Ed. I am now a IAPC certified Fitness Model and Body Building physique coach and a Certified Personal Trainer. After having three heart attacks by the age of 42 I decided it was time for some life changes if I was going to be around for my children and continue on to my dream of being an extremely active 120 yo still chasing 20 yo women ;). That meant I had to get off my duff and get to work. That meant research, and lots of it. Well I have continued my lifelong passion of learning and continue to learn about fitness and health from a wide variety of sources. I am one of those dads who will do anything for his children. I tend to be forgetful and absent minded at times but it seems to work out as we all get along just fine. I am now an IAPC certified Physique Coach and am working on my NSCA CSCS and CPT certifications.
